Bring the big stuff

Your information.

This notice describes the current Big Ass Company concept preview.

Details you submit

Checkout collects your name, email, shipping address, selected product and quantity. We store accepted submissions in a database with a timestamp, proposed price and unpaid status so we can understand interest in the collection. Each accepted submission creates a separate record, including repeat submissions. No card information is requested, no payment is taken and no shipment is arranged.

How you found us

The site stores first and latest arrival information in your browser: arrival time, landing-page path, a referrer without its query string, and campaign tags when present. This browser record expires after 90 days. When you submit checkout, available arrival information is saved with your submission. It helps us compare sources of product interest; it does not reveal what you typed into an AI assistant.

You can remove this browser record by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser settings. Blocking browser storage does not prevent checkout, though arrival information may be unavailable. Clearing browser storage does not delete a submission already saved in our database.

Site measurement and service providers

The site is configured to use Vercel for hosting, Web Analytics and Speed Insights, and Neon for database storage. On the production site, measurement covers page visits, product clicks, checkout attempts, saved submissions, failures and page performance. Our custom event properties contain product and source labels, not the name, email or shipping address entered in checkout. Browser measurement removes query strings and fragments from page URLs.

Vercel describes its Web Analytics data practices in its analytics privacy documentation. Hosting and database providers process information needed to deliver their services.

If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, checkout also uses its browser check to help reject automated submissions. When it is not configured, the form uses a hidden spam-detection field instead.

Email and retention

Automatic customer email and marketing campaigns are disabled in this preview. Saved submissions do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. The 90-day browser-record lifetime does not apply to database submissions.

Questions and requests

For questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion of a submission, contact support@thebigasscompany.com. Include the email used for the submission; do not send card information.
